 03 Eugenia Serif

The inspiration for Eugenia derives from a historic row house district named Nyboder, in particular, the hand-painted street signs that adorn the vibrant yellow houses. The original signage had a few inconsistent lettering that varied with each sign and high contrast in stroke weight, which we refined by making a medium contrast and choosing which lettering to input.TYPE                                         Type Design

SENDING WARM REGARDS

Taking Eugenia back to it’s roots, we wanted to showcase the typeface 
on postcards that could be used as branding for the town of Nyboder.
